Your asking price is a little low based on what the dealer is giving you on trade…
yeah, if the dealer is giving you what you said, you don’t have to pay taxes on the price of the trade, so if the dealer is giving you 23,000 that’s like getting 25,012 private party.
Not on a lease. But, it’s going to be a lot of effort to do a private party sale. I would want a bit more of a gap over what the dealer is offering me than what Joe is asking.
