Fs: 35ft trailer + campground membership

I know this is a long shot, but I’m hoping that someone is interested or knows someone who might like to take a look at this. The trailer isn’t great, but would be servicable for a couple of years and the lot is nice and flat.

Up for sale, 35 foot Vega trailer (1984 model year) and campground membership on which the trailer resides.

Lot is approximately 75ft long by 30 ft wide. Trailer is in good shape, not great. Could use a good cleaning outside, and a couple of the skylights have broken and can leak at times if not covered. Easy to repair.

I did replace some of the drywall within the trailer for fear that it had gotten wet, once I got it pulled down it didn’t appear to be wet from the skylight leak, but it was replaced anyways.

1 bedroom with Queen size bed. One tip out in living area. Tipout could hold small blowup mattress as well as couch that has pull out bed. Could sleep 4-6 comfortably.

Trailer comes with everything within it, including dishes, couch, chairs, silverware, shed (with kegerator within), refrigerator, lawn mower, fire pit, plastic outside chairs, and everything else.

Bare lots at this campground for $10,000, I’m simply interested in getting out because I no longer enjoy my experience there. My job also requires me to work many weekends in the summer, limiting my time to stay there.

Pictures are available upon request, please feel free to email me.

I will include the first year membership fee paid, which is $675 and includes all water, electric, and sewage usage. The campground has a large in ground pool, store, baseball field, basketball courts, volleyball courts, 3 or 4 ponds to fish, and abuts Slippery Rock Creek and allows for great fishing. Bank of the creek is about 1000 ft from my front door.

Asking $8500

Thanks for looking

What campground?

Pictures Please

I’m not interested in buying, but it sounds pretty cool.

I’m curious, is it deeded property?

Slippery Rock Campground Association. If any of you have ever driven up 79 and seen the campground that is off to the right just before you get to the Slippery Rock exit, that is the campground.

For those of you that are looking for pictures, I will post them tomorrow, they are on my work computer that I didn’t bring home tonite.

As far as Deeded, yes it is. Once you own it, you own it. You are just required to pay the yearly membership fee which basically accounts for your usage of utilities and anemities within the park.

Guys, I found a couple of pictures of the outside from when I opened up last spring. I’ll try and get the ones from work tomorrow.
