Bought it 4 years ago, used it all the time it was awesome. Started my career over two years ago, been there twice in 2 summers. Just collects dust.

Electricity works
Hitch is good
Roof resealed
No leaks
Sink/shower water stuff works, has new pump
Compartments work fine and lock
Sleeps 8
Heat worked (2 years ago)
Tires are fine
Taillights work
Bad:
No idea about brakes
Never used fridge
Insulation sucks
Plumbing to water pump burst, cost me like 10$ 3 years ago to do it over.
Insects can get in, I always set off bug bombs in there when I would leave
MICE MADE THIS THING A HOME THIS WINTER. I went in Feb to check on it, little pellets everywhere, needs to be cleaned/sanitized.

Out of curiosity where is this located? Looks too nice to have all the problems you say it has,
Springville is where it sits. It doesn’t have any major problems, it’s awesome!! I just wish I used it more.

Do you have a model number by any chance?
At home on the title I would imagine.
It looks clean but im worried about how bad/sagged/rotted the underside is from sitting in grass like that for multiple years, and dry rotted tires.
