89 Coupe
KM’s: 204XXX
Auto PW, PM, AC still works, Power Sunroof, ABS, HUD
Black
Drivetrain Condition: Engine and tranny run great.
Body Condition: Body is great until you look underneath. The driver / passenger side rockers are rusted badly. Frame is pooched. Rear subframe gave way and should be replaced. Not worth repairing a rusted subframe.
Wheels: Stock teardrops with Winterforce tires.
I believe the pics will speak for themselves.

I’ve had some really low offers thus far, and quite frankly it’s probably in my best interest to part it since I both the space and time. I would love nothing more than to strip this car and restore it but my 77 280 will take precedence over this car.
I’m going to say that because it runs so well $800 is my asking price. I’m sure there will be several posts bashing my price but as mentioned, I’m in no rush and will ultimately end up parting it if I don’t get what I’m looking for.
It will not pass safety or emissions as it stands right now. 1. the Cat has been removed. 2. the holes in the frame and rockers will prevent the car from being certified as is.
That being said, it CAN berepaired. I’ve repaired worse than this myself, and if I had the time I would. It just takes time, tools, a little know-how.
dude how did u let this car get to the condition its in right now!!! man thats a nice car,but it would take alot of time and money to get it back together!, i say part it out, dibs on heads up unit ( if it there)!!
The reason the car has decayed to it’s present condition is that I was not the original owner of the car. A good friend of mine simply had enough of the car about a month ago that’s when I gained posession.
Trust me it would not have decayed to this point had I had this car earlier. Even my 92 that’s been through two accidents is in better condition.
And if the question does come up, no the 89 has not been in any accidents. That’s why I accepted the car in hopes that with a straight unbody it wouldn’t be as bad to fix it up… but the cancer has spread far beyond what I have time to repair right now.
