Guy i work with selling his car. He’s been driving it daily for at least a year now, probably longer since i’ve only worked with him a year…
never really any problems…during the summer it wouldn’t start on a very rare occasion only when it was very hot out, but once he got it started it wouldn’t die while driving.
typical honda rust in the corners…
175,000 miles.
black
automatic
asking $500/OBO.
winter-beater buying season seems to be in full swing, so i told him i’d see what i can do for him…
he’s here (at work) today, and i get a break at 7PM…there should be plenty of light left out at that time…
i just talked to him and told him that my name is on the line, so if there’s any mechanical issues at all, i need to know…
he said that there’s NOTHING he can think of, it has a new starter, runs like a champ, doesn’t burn oil (i know…89 honda that doesn’t burn oil, wtf…), the ONLY issue was a handful (he said about 5 times) of time during the summer, only on the hottest of days, did it not start right away for him…but he would pop the hood and let it cool a bit with a breeze, and it would eventually start…
never any problems at all any winter…
pics will be up tonight
edit:
and for an 89 Buffalo car that’s seen every winter…it’s about as clean as it can be, obviously some rust, but i’m very impressed at how little.
