FS: 92 240SX LE - CAR IS SOLD!

1992 240SX LE - 5 speed, black with grey leather, power windows, power sunroof, power mirrors, A/C (not functioning), ABS
212,000 kms
2nd owner, I purchased October 2003 with 106,000 original kms on it!
I drive it 200 kms per day - 4,000 kms a month going from London to Brantford everyday! I get approximately 8.5L/100kms.
The Good:
Passed Etest summer 2005
AEM intake added summer 2004
Magnaflow exhaust and catalytic converter added summer 2005
Rear Tokico shocks added summer 2005
Good rubber with at least 65% treads on original rims
Drilled Brembo rotors and ceramic pads spring 2005
Synthetic oil changes done monthly
Injectors cleaned spring 2005
Replaced starter fall 2005
Replaced alternator March 2006
New belts March 2006
Everything works on this car with the exception of the A/C and power antenna
I drive this car everyday and love it. It will kill me to get rid of it, but job change is forcing me to get something else.

The Bad:
Driver’s seat is split and tore - back seat is perfect
Cracked windshield
Needs windshield washer pump rewired
Two rust spots on roof
Power antenna motor works, but antenna is disconnected
Timing chain rattle - I’m assuming it just needs tensioner adjustment/replacement
Rust through driver’s wheel well
Hood has been replaced with white hood that has been spray bombed black (Thanks Tim)
Frame is OK with one ding from a poorly placed jack

I’m looking for $1,500 as is which is pretty reasonable as I bought it for $6800 2 1/2 years ago.
I live in London and am in Brantford almost every day during the week. If very interested, I can arrange to meet just about anywhere in South Western Ontario.
