Make/Model: 92 Nissan 240sx SE 5-speed
Asking Price: $450 o.b.o Including all parts in my FS thread - See below.

Mileage: ~270K

Description:

The good:

  • 5 speed
  • runs decent
  • VLSD
  • KADE
  • Power windows / locks
  • Clear signal lights and one brand new driver side clear signal light not installed
  • Always used Mobil 1 full synthetics since 120K.
  • Pilot Motorsports front strut braceThe bad:
  • Rust as seen in photos below, which can be patched (rails) and fenders replaced.
  • It was in a front end collision some time ago and repaired.
  • Wiper linkage is broken (common and cheap to repair), though I was going to rig up something.
  • ~270K though the speedo reads 247xxx
  • E-brake cable snapped to one wheel only
  • Needs rear pads on passenger side. New rotor included.
  • Car has a periodic miss-fire that I haven’t bothered to trace. I believe it to be electrical as it seems to come and go.Asking $500 which will include all the parts listed in my FS thread http://www.son240sx.org/forums/showthread.php?t=27353

BTW this car still runs. I drive it everyday to work. It’s my daily and weekend driver, even with the issues mentioned.

NOt to bash or anything but do us a favor and pull that car off the road and part it. By the looks of it it’s a death trap on wheels. And theres no way that car will ever pass cert.

A few little holes don’t constitute a death trap, but anyway, I’m not wanting to part it right now, hence the reason I’m trying to sell it whole.

interested, do you think it would be driveable back to kitchener? and hows the floor and frame on the rest of the car, like where the exhaust exits?

I think it would make it. I drove it on half hour trips quite frequently.
The rest of the frame is fine but I’ll snap some more photos.
