tranny and clutch seem fine, again I haven’t driven it much. The Brakes may just be pads, and a few minor things here or there… (IE new headlight… blah blah blah) nothing severe

I agree with this statement so much!
to be honest I don’t know what the actual criteria is for inspection… the brakes just seem like they need to be used more to be honest… Its not on the road and all it moves is when i drive around the parking lot once a week to keep it up to par, and so it doesn’t feel neglected.
cliff notes, i don’t see the brakes being an issue with inspection
