FS:95 Dodge neon

As the title states i have a 1995 Candy red dodge neon sport for sale with roughly 86,000 on the clock. Inside is clean and outside is in very good shape for the year with the exception for the hood where there is a little rust. No other rust is on the car, a few scratches here and there. Car is a 5 spd and has 16" american racing rims on it. Tires have about 50% tread left on them. Car has an alarm and auto start with power locks. Crank windows, stock fog lights and spoiler.

Now for the bad… The car needed a head gasket and timimg belt. Head gasket and timimg belt were done but car will not start. I believe that the timimg is off a few teeth. It will also need new fuel lines since they are on tehre way out. These are the only problems i know as of now with the car. With the knowledge of a mechanic or someone inclined to this would be a great DD once running. I just dont have the patience or knowledge to get this thing going.

Did the timing belt break? Or was it just changed? If it broke, it needs head work. If not, it’s worth more than $500.
