This is a JDM GSR motor, if someone wants to buy it in the next 2 weeks I will sell it, otherwise I’m going to put it in my civic. It was in my 95 integra, and ran great. the car was wrecked and the timing belt broke, so I took the head off to make sure everything was ok. I just put $650 in parts into the tranny, it has a LSD. The motor is apart right now, but i can have it together in a day. This motor will come with a chipped p28 ecu and I can include 2 beat axles that can be used for cores if you need them. I will put a new honda head gasket, oil pan, oil pan gasket, plastic timing belt covers, valve cover gaskets, and vtec soleniod gasket, and intake manifold gasket. I cleand all the valves and head and put everything back together. I want to get $2500 for it. If anyone wants to pay for parts for a rebuild with performance parts, I would be willing build it at no charge, but you would need to buy all the parts upfront.
i don’t really know many names on this board, i mostly do stuff on UBRF, there are a few people who can vouch for me over there, partschic, twizted, boosted88gt, stmotorsports, 99_civic_si, toda party
don’t forget you need new head studs for it and probly rod bolts … and several other things … my offer for 1500 will stand untill the end of the week … then it’s down to 1300 i’m not trying to be a dick or low ball … just offering what i think it’s all worth … good luck with the sale man …
doesnt sound like a bad deal as long as all the valves are replaced. Theres no way in hell the belt broke without taking out at least 2cyl’s worth of valves. The new valves also need to be lapped into place and vacuum checked to make sure they seal correctly but Im sure everyone already knows this. The bottom end is Probably fine as long as a valve never dropped or broke.

one of my idiot friends fried a timing belt on his shitty older integra while he was driving, had the belt replaced, car runs fine
