If your shipping it why wouldnt the person just paypal you the shipping money while sending the money for the seat.
Why would they talk to the shipping company?
Because ive heard bad stories about shipping parts. I want to make absolute sure that I get the money the same instant they talk to the people at the shipping company, less hastle and worrying.
