Well judging from messing around with clusters myself for fun I think your cluster has been rolled back, that and if you look at the garnish at the bottom that looks to have had somthing stuck to it for quite some time. I dont doubt there may be a FEW 10,000KM cars left in Japan but unless you have full documentation or service records cant claim its that low. Also check the valve cover in case they didnt think to remove the timming belt tag, it may show you a better idea of the milage if its still there. Just trying to help not saying the clip isn’t good for the price.

looks liek a good clip for a ca18 almost def not 8k but still looking good, fyi to all interested it’s clearly a european spec car from hk, not a japanese one… all jdm cars have the 180km speedo unless u buy nismo… that cluster is a euro spec cluster giving you 240km, you can also tell it’s the euro spec vs jdm because of the yellow bars at the bottom of the feul guage, jdm clusters don’t have accent colors they are plain liek ours… and because it’s a euro spec the ca18 in it isn’t entirely the same as the jdm one ethier but not in any importnat ways… that is providing someone didn’t go to the effort of hack wiring a euro cluster in there but being that it’s hk i would think it’s more likley to be a euro car
Ted I am glad your post backed me up, but again your odd misc knowlage of S13’s surprised me again today lol.
I also did some research on it… the guys on SXOC (UK Board) did not recognise it at all, however their speedos are in mph (150 max), so this one would have to be from eastern Europe. However their tachometers go to 9000rpm, and as you can see this one only goes to 8000. Also, this clip is RHD, and afaik, eastern European cars were LHD.
However it’s clearly not a JDM cluster, and not a USDM one, so there’s little other possibility.
yeah sorry it’s not actually the uk but it’s a european/asian continent cluster i dunno what u cal lthe rest of that area my geograpy is slippign away haha lol, i’ve seen peopel in germany with these but thaey didn’t orifginate there ethier, if you all remember that guy selling 240km spedo’s he was selllign these clusters
european cars are LHD unless they’re imported from here of the states
