Ok, Lacville, Tom told me you wanted specs on the subwoofer. Well, It has dual 1 ohm VC’s – It was rated @ 800wRMS for warranty purposes. It took over 4700wRMS without a single problem, though :P. It is an HC series sub (high current), but it was hand assembled by an insider that I know (Dave). The company was sold to a mainstream place, so it went to hell a couple years later… they started mass producing crap in other countries.
This is the real deal. It has a convex dust cap that is so strong you can stand on it… really. The spider and surround are very tight. Excursion is very high as well. I cannot remember exact specs, but its very good.
Rofl. I never had a problem with it! I actually at one point had 5kW RMS going to it. I always had the sub laying flat though, this could make a major difference. Lmao, put some bigger screws in… otherwise you are going to have to put studs in the box
