It’s $30 to keep your custom title changed initially but if someone wants to change it and they pay more than your retention fee, they get it changed. However, you have a chance to counter act the change fee if it is at least $10 more than the change fee and within a week’s time. Example:
You pay $30 to give your CT immunity. Someone offers us $40 to change it to <insert name here>. You have the oppporunity to pay at least $50 to counter act the change fee.
