$1000 Reason for selling is so I can build a desktop. Here are the laptops Specs.
-15.4’’ 1280x800 Screen
-2.2 Ghz, 800mhz Fsb, 4Mb Cache T7500 Core 2 Duo
-8600M GT Video Card
-2 Gb DDR2 667Mhz Ram
-160 Gb 7200 Rpm HD (installed) w/ an extra 80gb 5400 rpm HD for backup
-Comes with Vista Basic on it, but having used both ultimate and basic, I really havent found that many differences that I use on a daily basis. Its in perfect condition too. Nothing at all wrong with it.
I know Im going to regret this…but I suppose Im open to offers. I just put my newegg order together and just need to sell this first. Nothing stupid please. It is a gaming computer, by laptop standards. Cant deny that.
Itll play crysis on all high settings, in dx9 mode, w/o any shadows at 25+fps. All medium, settings, shadows on low, with near the same fps. It does real well for a laptop.
If the res were much higher, the 8600m gt wouldnt scale nearly as well. Its a perfect match for that res size. Although dvds and stuff would be nice to have higher res, this res is what you want for games if you expect 30 fps out of them.
It freakin rocks. That and it is also one of the most resource destroying,computer slowing, graphic intensive f’n game that is out. If your rig can handle crysis, it can handle pretty much anything.
id be all over it if it werent the screen. I have a slightly less rig with the 17inch screen. I would HIGHLY reccomend this if your looking for not only a monster computer, but the fact that you can play any game or run any application WHERE EVER you are.

not 100% sure on this…but i think i just traded my laptop for an antec 900 case, 4gb corsair dominator ddr2 1066, q6600 G0, an evga 780i and a 150gb 10000rpm raptor hd. Ya…ya I did.
