FS/FT: 1991 Eagle Talon

For sale is a 1991 Eagle Talon. I bought this car from the original owner with 205xxx km. Burgundy (looks black to me) in colour with grey cloth interior. 5 speed manual transmission, naturally aspirated 2.0 litre 4g63. No sunroof. Running condition, very smooth and started up every time I went to start it up.

The good:

  • Brand new battery
  • Brand new brakes all around
  • Brand new catalytic converter and newer exhaust (original owner had exhaust put in with no cat)
  • Brand new winter tires
  • Newer radiator
  • No broken/cracked glass all around
  • Solid frame

The bad:

  • Cloth headliner was sagging so it was removed
  • Needs signal bulb sockets in the front, they work sporadically
  • Rusted through on rocker panels at front and rear
  • No radio

Reason for selling: I originally bought this car for my sister to learn stick on and to drive daily, so I was fixing it up (hence all the new parts), but she has since moved out to Toronto and no longer needs a car.

Car is being sold as is for $1800 OBO. Would make a great daily driver for those people who store their 240sx’s. Looking to sell soon as I need a winter beater, so I am pretty open to offers. Willing to trade for a manual 240sx or any RWD cars. Pictures to come later this week.

I thought the edit function was reinstated? Anyways, here are some quick pictures I took today.

I will try to accommodate any picture requests. If you are interested, PM me for contact information. Pretty flexible on pricing, don’t feel shy to make an offer.

If that looks black to you, you need serious help.

I blame the protanopia. Anyways, 1800 might have been a little optimistic, I am looking more around the area of $1300 OBO, or $800 without the new winter tires, but including everything else. Still negotiable, as I have my eye on a 240sx winter beater and would like to see this go ASAP.

Winter tires gone, $700 with all season tires. SR related parts trades also welcome as I just purchased an SR winter beater/daily driver.

I was wondering why you have been looking for sr parts heh…

Anyways, the edit button has been reinstated everywhere but the classified section.

Good luck with the sale man.

Thanks Theo. Car is now sold. Thanks to everyone who was interested.
