I am looking to sell or trade my 70 Chevelle. Its a Leather 4dr automatic with a 3 speed on the column. The car is from BC and was driven to Ontario about 10 years ago. I took it out on the quarter mile and ran a 14.9s. It isint a very fast car but sounds and looks good.
The good:
The car sits on chrome ralley wheels (3 piece)
Brand new Flow master “american Thunder” 2.5" exhaust with “H” pipe.
Frame is MINT
Drive train in exellent condition.
The dash pad is mint! (the leather is known to crack badly)
New brakes all around
Front end is TIGHT
Car was looked over weekly in the shop and I have only used Royal purp in it (changed at every 3000mi NOT the 25,000km they say its good for)
Not too bad on gas, depending how you are on the throtle.
And finally, the car came with a factory 307ci 4bbl engine. At 99 5XX mi, that was thrown out and replaced with a rebuilt 350ci with all new Edelbrock performer intake manif, Edel 4 barel carb, chrome Edel open air filt with K&N filter, chrome holey valve covers. The TH350 tranny is original but in GREAT shape. I have put about 6000 mi on it since I have owned it, and only put 91 octane in it.
The bad:
The car’s age is catching up to it.
The rust is starting on it.
The quarters are rusty and the trunk gets wet.
The interior Needs work. leather is torn mostly at the seems.
The rear bumper is rusty and needs re-chroming, but the front is good.
The tires are michelin… cracked after 3-4 years.
I am sure there is more…

Looking for a 91 up S13 (DOHC)
Car must be relatively rust free and have a good Original engine.
Hatchback and stick shift only please.
Just looking for a project car thats a litle more my generation.
Can be driven anywhere in ON. Would like to sell early summer 08’.
