i just put a porsche 993 through r-title process last week. it has gotten alot harder since the 90’s. everything had to be stock. cock sucker was everywhere. finding shit inspection mechanics wouldnt even look at… so i wouldnt say getting a r-ttile is “easy”.
realistically though, whats the stuff worth. engines i seen less than a grand. the shell itself is worth a grand. add in the tranny and new parts-- 3500 is not terrible price.
but problem is who wants to buy another person’s abortion. if the car had a clean title ready to be plated and driven, i think you would have a easier time selling. because if the referee wants to be a dick, when it goes for the r-title inspection it should be 100% stock. so someone can possibly finish your project, then try to get a title for it and be denied due to the engine swap and other mods.
imo, find a buyer for the dropout, once it sells cash out the rest.

sorry about the price going back up … i havnt been on here in a while and forgot what my last asking price was. i would love to get 3000 take that the suspension parts have 0 miles clean shell and only 7k on engine. im not really looking to trade anymore but continue to throw me offers. im moving to reno nv in august and could reall use the money in my pocket to get my feet on the ground.
