HKS F-CON V Pro (Gold Edition) Stand Alone Fuel & Ignition Timing Computer
This unit was removed from a (JDM) 1994 Nissan Silvia K With a 2.0L DOHC Turbo(Code: S14 SR20DET) Engine. All Engine wiring comes “prewired” with all required sensors. Installation is as simple as plug’n’play.
This assembly is designed to fit the following applications:
1989 - 1998 Nissan Silvia/180SX/240SX w/SR20DET Engine (Designed to work with or without VCT on S14/S15 SR20DET Variants)
1989 - 1990 Nissan Silvia/180SX/240SX w/CA18DET Engine (New EPROM REQUIRED – Can Be Ordered For Approx. $100)
1989 - 1998 Nissan Skyline (New EPROM REQUIRED – Can Be Ordered For Approx. $100)

The HKS F-CON V Pro is a fully featured standalone engine management system that connects as easily as a “piggy-back” fuel and timing controller. As modifications to a vehicle are made, the need for fuel and timing adjustments becomes critical for performance and safety. The F-CON V Pro with its 32x32 resolution for both fuel and timing maps is the optimal solution. The F-CON V Pro can control up to eight injectors and D Jetro or L Jetro setups. — Injectors can be set to fire as batch, sequentially or staged. The F-CON V Pro can also read drive by wire vehicles. Programming is done via the HKS Power Writer software; which only Certified HKS Pro Dealers have access to. The HKS Power Writer software for the F-CON V Pro has some very unique abilities to simplify setup and tuning. Via the vehicle start up menus most Japanese import cars can be easily started by selecting the vehicle’s parameters (Make, Model, Engine and etc). Tuning is simplified due to the A/F Feedback control; where a target A/F value can be input and the F-CON V Pro will adjust fuel automatically. Also full data logging capabilities are built into the F-Con V Pro Power Writer software. All major vehicle conditions including; speed, rpm, water temperature, intake temperature, timing, boost, injector duty cycle and etc can be logged to an HKS Pro Dealer’s computer.
HKS Sells this unit for $1395.00USD + shipping (as per http://www.hksusa.com/products/more.asp?id=1965) and is HKS’ premier stand alone fuel management system. This unit can be modified (by use of a specific ROM from HKS for approx. $100 USD) to run on most Japanese model vehicles from 1988 - 2006. This system has been specifically “pre-wired” for 1989 - 1998 Nissan 180SX/240SX/Silvia with SR20DET engines and will work with the optional VTC output for S14 & S15 variants of the SR20DET Engine. This unit in particular is “pre-wired” for VTC output on a modified S14 SR20DET engine using an upgraded HKS turbine, HKS 555cc injectors, HKS Front Mount Intercooler & HKS Super Dragger Exhaust System. Optional HKS GCC Fuel Injector Controller (Prewired)
HKS PFC GCC (Graphic Control Computer) Fuel Injector Controller for 4 or 6 cylinder engines.
The GCC is an electronic tuning component designed to add additional flexibility to the fuel tuning capabilities of the VPC, PFC F-CON or F-CON V. The GCC simply plugs into either the VPC or F-CON harness and allows the user to further adjust the air / fuel ratio at six specific rpm points. Each of the six points offer an adjustment range of 16% rich to 12% lean, in 2% increments, of the base value. Six different selectable rpm ranges allow maximum rpm level flexibility when tuning the fuel curve. The GCC will interpolate, or average between the rpm points of adjustment to ensure a smooth transition of fuel delivery throughout the RPM band.
This unit can be included with the HKS F-CON V PRO fuel management unit for an additional $220. Shipping will be combined so that no additional shipping fees will apply.
