I’m getting a brand new HTC Mogul from Sprint, (warranty) and would like a different phone, so I’m considering selling this one. I may need to activate it in my name for a day or so, but it is coming directly from Sprint. I’ll have the box, manuals, charger, etc.

u shouldnt have to activate the phone. if you have one that is working now, just use that for the time being and sell this one NIB.
i tried selling mine on here a while back for about the same price, didnt get many hits on it, but just an heads up, it ended up going on ebay and it went for a bit over $200 if i recall. Just an idea if you want to sell and getting no hits on here.
