this unit has only been used one summer and it is very efficient. my brother had it in his room when he lived here. i recently came home from the army and its here so im selling it.

this is a great buy considering it will keep your electric bills low and your house cool this summer. i have no use for it, a fan in my window is just fine for me. theres a bracket to hold it up too that came with it. asking price is 175 or bo.
