i have an air conditioner, not sure how many BTU, and its old, but was recharged with refrigerant 2 years ago and blows 56 degree air out of it all day. they dont make them like this anymore. currently cools my bedroom which is 12’x14’ but used to cool a dining room and living room. has a low/hi fan option and a low/hi cool option with thermostat. can get pics if you want to see.looking for $40. no lowballers</b>

i can get you a measurement later tonight 6pmish.
the front of the unit is 20 inches wide, and it has “sides” that flare out into the window to fit to size. its currently in a 28 inch window.
I foresee huge electric bills after installing this thing.
