There are 375lbs in weights. There is a long barbell, an EZ curl bar, and two dumbbell bars. The dumbbel bars and the ez curl bar have the spin locks, and the long barbell bar has the little spring things.
I’ll talk to the roommate today about the weights… I’m sure this is a buy…
