How the hell do you think I came up with that statement ? theres D40 “KITS” lens and all going for 400 bucks. which brings me to the fact that 375 is fair price 350 being a good price.

Considering that the above are either refurbs or “Sold as is” with no returns…go ahead and buy them. Hope all works well when you get the product. Spending $50 bucks more and getting that guarantee the product I sell you will work flawlessly is worth the headache you may endure in the long run.

how is your 1 year old used body any better then a certified refurb? say if the manufacture took a return on your body, it would be a refurb.
Refurb usually have warranty. So 359 consider a price change or keeping it

Im not being an asshole, sorry if I offended you. Regardless, your price is great for a new camera but no matter how lightly it is used, its still used. Its always hard to sell a used camera, especially if you bought it from a store because online prices are rediculiously low, especially around christmas. Those auctions are for used cameras or refurbs but they come with warranties or their being sold by good sellers. Either way, your asking too much for this forum because everyone on here can find great deals.

Ummm, I don’t remember if you were one of the people that kept linking D40’s instead of D40x’s, but if you were then you don’t know much about cameras.
