Wanted to see if there would be any interest in a pair of old skool Bose 701’s.
Great speakers, right now there hooked up to a Onkyo receiver if you want to hear them. no shipping…
would anyone be interested, only reason I am considering selling is 1) money and 2) i am probably going to move into a 7.1 surround setup with some small satellite speakers (already have a sub)

I have a pair of these. They sound amazing when setup correctly. I’d get 2 more but I already have the Accoustimass setup but GLWS. Great Speakers

my receiver only does like 55 per channel, they still sound good but I don’t think there getting nearly enough power…

^^ i’m not a fan of the 901’s … i guess i just like the look of the tower speaker, and the 701 was the largest one bose had.

I am just trying to provoke this guy into letting us know a ballpark number of what he is looking for.
im pretty much open to whatever, 100 seems a bit low, i generally see them go for like 300 on ebay, and then shipping is close to 100 bucks on top of that. i’d take 300 for em… i can get a picture of them sitting at my house if needed…
Which 701’s do you have? V1 or V2. I’m guessing v1
btw I was using a Kenwood Reciever at about 200 a channel.
yea i have the V1 , there in great condition.
