like the title says, its an older jacobson.
its an 8hp 319cc, and runs good never used the mower deck and took it off. have the peices to put it back on.
the problems are it will need rear tires and a new pull start it jammed up. the carb may need to be adjusted but it still runs stron other than those problems.

lol i knew that question was going to be asked and them my friend i cant tell you, if i had to guess when the carb is adjusted probably 10mph?
a buddy of mine sad you can get a different pully and belt to make it faster dont know much aout that.

i used to build racing lawn mowers all the time i had one like this and swapped a 16hp motor on it it was alot of fun when the front wheels would stay on the ground haha
this thing pulled my 4x8 trailer with a big screen on it.lol. dont ask what we where doing.

I’ve been working on a performance lawn mower since i was in middle school…ok, its been sitting in my backyard since middleschool anyways…but i DID DO an engine swap…went from an oil guzzling Briggs-Stratton 16hp to a Briggs Stratton 18hp, and I put really small wheels in front, painted it back…plan on doing straight pipes out the back of it…whenever i get back into it…
