Couldnt you have the cops get involved if need be? For fraud or something?
Sounds like he’s just lying his ass off…just sayin.
They’d tell me to take it to small claims court. It is under $1000. There is nothing they can do until I win in the court. After that, they’ll show up as Officers and ask to see his income. They’ll garnish his wages, take it directly from his bank accounts, etc.
Is he from EA?
I can really scare him if I told him where I worked…
But, in the end… I just want my money.
if someone called in to clam them stolen/missing wouldnt they have to take a name and address and all the fun stuff down incase something like this came up!
West Seneca.
if the CC acount is still open they can send him a check…they dont know the CC is cut up… ( i have done this for a CC i lost )
The owner of the tickets called in. Why would they question? He is the name on record.
Joe didn’t call the Sabres after he bought them to tell them he was now in possession, so the guy used that to his advantage to either use them himself again, or resell them again.
The Sabres are fully aware, and they told me it happens a lot. Without Joe knowing the name of the owner, he can’t do anything.
The only thing that they asked me when I told them I bought them was “What is the owners name? If you can tell me that, I will give you some more for free” I said “Joe” and they said “Sorry, that’s incorrect.”
Then, the drama started with my Dad… flipping out and almost getting arrested. My dad is bound to hold this against me forever, as when I told him where I got the tickets he asked all week “Are they real?”
LOL
Why dont the sabres contact the owner?
They are. They have been in contact with me as well.
I informed them of what happened, how I got the tickets, as well as Joe’s defense in the craigslist purchase. I also told them that I want to look out for Joe, as Joe said he was going to get my money back to me. They were glad to hear that, but now they want to help Joe and figure out what is going on with the owner of the tickets.
The Sabres said they take this very seriously. I don’t blame them! I wouldn’t want my ticket purchasers to go out reselling tickets over and over either…
my down syndrome parents(single mom)runs several multi million dollar companies.so u kno.but considering my mother is strict n dosnt believe in spoiling or even loaning money or anything.we do not get along and she will not give me anything besides a job which is what is goin to happen.im not gunna fight with any of u e-tards anymore.once again this is beetween me and cleanbaldy.
Joes parents are probably mad because Joe bought the tickets and he got screwed. So, if Joe got “as-is” tickets, why shouldn’t I?
Sadly, Joe doesn’t have the guys name and information. I do, howoever, have Joes.
Joe could have done something if he had the info. I still can if it comes down to it.
Joe seems willing to help, but doesn’t communicate with me very well. That keeps me in the dark, which makes me think of other measures to get the same goal accomplished. I will keep it legal, but I want it to be perfectly clear that I will get my money back. He is making me uncomfortable and I don’t like to feel that way. I will think of legal action soon enough if he doesn’t work with me. I only trust someones word as far as I can see them… and he isn’t here right now.
Joe, you need to call me. My fingers are getting tired.
g/l with everything
call him!
i would say 72 hours or hand in the papers for small claims
didnt you see the forsale add for the hatch?
He dosent get ahold of anyone.
Sorry that that stuff happened to you, you were cool and more than helpful in person
I think I’d be able to come up with $250 in 72 hours. If I had to get it from overdrafting my bank account or asking my credit card company to write a check… 72 hours seems reasonable.
I will give him until the end of Sunday I think. On monday morning, I will file the claim. Does that sound reasonable to everyone here? Joe isn’t answering the phone, so I don’t know what to say on his behalf…
Did you get that second computer all set? I never heard back from you either!
Glad the first one worked out well!
