I bought it from the original owner 3 years ago. I haven’t installed the hoist as I’ve been busy traveling, renovating my kitchen or making babies.
The hoist has a lower lateral brace, two spindles and chain interconnect. Chain tensioners are in perfect shape and the brass spindle bushings were custom made and replaced.
Comes with, original install instructions, two posts, lower brace, all covers, electric motor, belts, control box, wiring, custom lubrication tool, lower brace ramp, lift arms, pads, etc.
