If you have a Falcon Elite, it might be worth the price but if you have an older 360, $400 might be too steep since you have no headset.
what is a falcon elite? this thing is brand new bought last month.
i just know its black comes with everything black and has hdmi cable
and everything else 120 gig HD and everything else that comes with it
minus 1 headset, which those are cheap

Falcon is the codename for the revised CPU; the die was shrunk, the CPU itself runs cooler, there is a significantly larger heatsink and a better heatsink design. It was the first real adjustment MS made to correct the overheating problems.
