trying to get rid of 16" blitz type 03 wheels. two have a little rash, tires need to be replaced.they are 4x100 and 4x114.3 looking for $200 obo or a set of 99-00 si wheels with no tires

more specifically any stamps on them with the blitz name. I have a lot of doubts that these are authentic, but you never know
