what one is better? laptop or desktop… i dont need crazy fast for the internet or anything for online gaming …

It all depends on what your looking for. You say online gaming, do u do regular single player gaming? The desktop was my old gaming box. would run ut2k4 at 1600x1200 everything maxed flawlessly. and i had it set up so that if i put a movie in, it’d automatically full screen it on my tv and still let me do web browsing on my monitor.

Desktop
Pros: Great for games, media, and mass storage due to all the hard drives it can handle. can output to dvi or vga and do full screen s-video(movies) simultaneously. has run autocad, adobe premiere pro, and photoshop all w/ out any problems. Tons of room for expansion cuz of the full tower. Can be a media center w/ surround sound as well.
Cons: Full tower is big and heavy, most people don’t like them cuz of how much room they take up, probably won’t fit under a desk.

Laptop
Pros: Portable, wireless internet, lightscribe dvd burner, can handle games, movies, photoshop.
Cons: idk, laptops are cool
