Dogs have better fuel economy.
:banana
Still have the summer wheels/tires on :excited
can’t wait for the snow, my trucks dying for some to play in
If I cared about fuel economy/fuel, i’d have a Smart car and a moped.
Um. Dear God, I haven’t bought snow tires yet. Just throwin it out there…could use the favor. Thanks dude, Jesse.
Point.
Snow tires are for pussies.
I havn’t bought snows yet either. I didn’t plan on it until mid-november actually.
^^ Srsly. It could snow a foot tomorrow and I still wont buy em for another month.
I can take the truck but trucks suck.
Ive never owned a set of snow tires and I drove 2wd trucks in the winter for 4 years.
Well you’re super duper.
The alternative are 275 summer tires and I have to drive 40k miles per year regardless of the weather.
enjoy the baby mountains.
edit, or should i say, old worn, small mountains… west coast are the baby, big rugged mountains
putting snows on the E46?
I’m stuck between 3 sets of tires for my 17’s:
studded snows
snows w/o studs
all season
are studs in season yet?
Not quite sure when they go in season. FWD + LSD + studs = go through anything. :banana
I’ve always ran all-season, had a problem only a couple times when the road was covered
in snow and I was going into a curve too fast for conditions. But than again it’s old bone-stock car.
Reason I was thinking all season was because I like the way the black rims look on my car, and the 17’s are so much lighter than the gay heavy 18’s that come stock on my car. So i’d use them in the summer too. Also when I go to the track again, i’d run with the all season 17’s lol.
new channel 9 said its just wet snow for the adirondacks its supposed to stay around 40 degrees for us which means not cold enough to make snow or stick for that matter
Yeah. I keep hearing different things from different sources.
