It should since Im pretty sure a '99 and the '04 these things came off of have the same beds. The length of the bed wont matter.

length of the bed doesnt matter and 99-07(classic style) beds are all the same. matter of fact the dimensions from 88-07 are the same its just the styling that changed. (according to weatherguards fitment charts)
