i only have 3k in because i took it all out before i went on vaca and i havent had a down day since i got back to buy in. I dont buy in on up days. Getting beaten up mainly on BWLD, OIL, and BAC.

Oh yea I wouldnt buy in right now either since I dont believe we have broken a range. Although I do have it set in at 9600-9800 as the marker that range is broken and I would buy if we see that. I think this week is going to be somewhat wild im kinda baffled by today.

This wild rangebound chop is giving daytraders sick volatility and their massive liquidity has kept things stuck here for about 16 weeks now. 8000-9000 is the closing range, 1000 freekin points back and forth!!! There are certainly long term participants in the mix and the next move will likley be very telling and hopefully will provide a clean trend for the investors and swing traders to follow. Anyone not daytrading here is playing with fire. I’m leaning towards a bear rally just based on how hyperextended the price action is from the ma’s and a few other things I track. But bias means nothing and I’m waiting for a trend to show itself. I do daytrade the YM (dow mini) from time to time but the volatility is whiptastic and I limit my exposure bigtime.

This carefully crafted financial crisis was set up and created much like the great depression. It was allowed to happen and guided by those in charge of the major financial markets here and abroad so that certain policies could be presented and placed into law. Without these dire times occouring these things would never be accepted by congress. Much like the Patriot Act which removes almost all of our civil liberties.

All of what is happneing is smoke and mirrors to distract you from the main objective which is the systematic take over of this country by the wealthy.

All in all I predict the following barring any major move to seize power indefinately by our current administration (which by law he has the power to do)

I predict, the imminent collapse of the financial system and government funds by february 2009. I predict that Obama will be elected in hopes for change, which again is all smoke and mirrors. I dont know enough about him but just listening to him and looking at him I dont trust him. The last person to rile a crowd politically and emotionally like he did was Adolf Hitler…with that said. So Obama is president, he will offically take office in 1/20/09. From there he will be forced to deal with the already crippled system. Civil unrest grows with the death of Main street, (just last week a major dealership group closed their doors in the southeast putting 3000 people out of work overnight, this is one example) inflation rises rampantly due to the already uncertain markets and the uncertainty of what a new president will do. The common people can’t afford food, gas and daily life because they are already broke and it’s getting worse.

Someone gets upset somewhere and decides to assassinate him, which most people already kind of expect simply due to his color, however the color of his skin will have nothing to do with it. There will be an unsuccesful attempt on his life and from there Obama will enact the laws that were laid down by his predecessors and instill martial law and a Federal ID system in order to better monitor the population. (who is buying what, where you have been and where you are going)

Stopping payment in a state that has a history of rioting can’t be good.
Like I said in the other thread though, hungry people are easier to rule over.

The defense department has a plan for CA. That same top secret weapon we used to trigger the earthquake in China that killed 80k people will be used to cause CA to simply fall off into the ocean. I just hope they do it on a day that Nancy Pelosi is there. If she’s there having lunch with Harry Reid, even better!

I do think it’s a shame that the financial instutions/auto makers are getting bailouts but people that need food stamps can’t get them honored. Something about that doesn’t seem right to me.
