Newly acquired winter shop space
Will post a pic of the home garage later.

I’ll have to get some pictures of my two when I get home.
Nice stuff so far guys.
I’ve found that it’s pretty hard to find a decent house with a nice size garage in a desirable area of Rochester.
Compared to what I’ve seen in here, my “garage” is nothing more than a glorified car port…
Its Rustoleum “professional” epoxy shield. Its the good solvent based stuff (not the crap @ lowes) with the “professional” clear coat. I put it in over a year ago… Dropped shit on it, hit with hammers, drove over it with hot slicks, left a lake of brake fluid on it for a month and NOTHING touches this stuff. Love it.
a better pic of the floor itself:
Those look expensive. I’d build my own.
This it? http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0008JIQUO/ref=noref?ie=UTF8&s=hi&psc=1
The finished product certainly looks great in your garage. Specs say the kit should cover 350-400 sq. ft. Did you find that to be true? Seems like a great investment.
Does it get super slick when you spill shit on it though?
I need something decent on my garage floor. It’s old and pitted and I would like to get it smoothed out and put a nice product like that Rustoleum on it. Maybe then I can park the nice car there.
Yes, that is the stuff. The only place around me that carried it was ACE hardware out in Derby. My garage is 20X20 and it covered it. My floor was very smooth and in good shape. I would assume if there were pits and what not it would suck up more of the coating. I only needed one kit + 1 clear kit.
I mixed the anti skid additive in with it (looks like white sand), i probably should have added more but it is not bad at all. Brake fluid/ coolant is kinda slick on it but that goes without saying.
i second this…his garage is pretty sweet…gotta love the lift
+1
Hopefully I’ll have something to post here in about a year once we get settled in Chicago… for now I’ll just be ripping off the good ideas that I see
Do you think it would handle carbide skag’s. I wanna do it to mine but afraid of picks and skags from snowmobiles tearing it up.
