Also, based on your other ads you think it is a BB, but you’re not sure. Is it a GT4294R or non R, that (I believe) is the determining factor on whether or not it is BB or JB.

Yeah this is kind of weird, they don’t come in a 1.06ar housing? Unless of course it was a custom housing from ATP or something. It’s probably an older model they may have offered that housing at one time.
