They ended up panic overnighting the title via FedEx upon realizing their mistake even though they refused to admit fault, at which point, FedEx promptly lost the title in their Memphis hub, so still no title ;). It’s amazing to me how poorly all of these businesses operate.
Well hopfully you will get it figured out before the buy back
But nice truck
Haha thanks!
Got title in and got it on the road. IMO people who claim these trucks are horrible to drive are just pussies. It drives like a fucking truck, if you’ve ever driven a truck before, not some new school crossover thing. Obvious things like braking while turning, too much throttle while turning and the steering impact of road surface imperfections due to the dual solid axle are definitely pronounced, but that kind of comes with the territory. The new Range Rover definitely outperforms it in handling, comfort, etc by a country mile but definitely is half as cool/outright functional in my opinion - and half as reliable. Honestly, I’m surprised at how much I like it. Shipping it from California was definitely worth it considering how fucking clean the thing is.
The wife loves it and she’s never driven a vehicle larger than maybe a Saturn Wagon before, so that kind of speaks to the truck more than I can personally.
My wife loves the Gwagon… every time we see one she loves it. and its funny because shes not a fan of my Xterra.
unfortunately her 06 TDI is not getting bought back so shes stuck with it
Haha we’ll see with all of the VW cheating: you may still win free money eventually.
I’ve always thought these were cool, but then I pictured myself behind the wheel and realized I would feel like a complete tool driving one around.
Oh yeah. That said, I don’t really give a hoot what anything thinks because it is still cool as fuck.
