you can buy the remotes or button at home depot/lowes etc. as for the 2 brackets, im not 100% sure. after looking at my new opener, you might be able to make the brackets fairly easy…some metal plates/angle, a drill bit and some nuts and bolts. Your welcome to come look at it, and look at my new one to see what you need or can be done.
