I was wondering if there was a way to get more information about a house that was foreclosed on, and is now owned by Bank of America? I know in the past some foreclosures I have looked at have included condition reports and such. I believe those were HUD homes though. Does BoA do anything like this and how would I go about getting them? I am still researching the property for a family member and trying to help them before they go make an appointment to see the house.
Typically banks hire out a realtor to handle everything for them.
