Well that was a rather depressing article. What does the lockport plant make?

The company has been trying to sell off plants it has defined as “noncore,” those that make that make brakes, chassis, instrument panels, door modules and steering components.

Radiators, HVAC, Condensers, Heater Cores.

Edit: Oh yeah and oil coolers. Lockport is one of the 8 “core” plants and actually makes a lot of money. A few weeks ago a buddy of mine was called in for overtime to make centers for Toyota.
