Throttle limiter for beginners?
not sure on the throttle limiter. i’m sure there’s a way to do it. i’ll look.
theres some adjustments on both ends of the cable, so i’m sure something could be done to limit it.
id love to turbo one of these but i have no where to keep a go cart 
i have the turbo off a smart car that would work so good too somebody buy me a house so i have a garage/yard to keepthis in k?
