no, it dont make it a jolf. thats when u put a jetta front end on a golf, or vice versa. the a2 gti’s 85-92 had single rounds on some models–mostly the gtis. some jetta gli’s w/ 16v’s had them as well. it is an easy swap-- headlights, radsupport and grille
