I’ve got remington rotary for daily shaving, and some combo kit trimmer that I paid like $20 for. The trimmer stopped holding a charge after about 6 months but I just took it apart and found it was a standard C cell rechargeable. Picked up a new one from Radio Shack for $5, soldered it in, and it’s been fine for the past 3 or 4 years. Sad that they solder the damn battery in there making an easily replaceable part cause most people to throw the whole thing away.
