If you actually read theuser agreement, you’d know all this already. Basically, they’re making fun of you for being like everyone else by NOT reading user agreements.
With the amount of information getting stolen every day and un reported breakins etc…the information you put on myspace/facebook is really not that secret if you publish it there or not.
