yes they are.

you have + and - and a plug for the headlight connector.

all you have to do is mount the ballast securely.

installed it on my sisters 08 mazda 3, and they look sick. one problem. they sure don’t have all the tools to fit into a H7. on mazda’s the h7 bulb has a adaptor to it then attaches it to the housing. where as the h7 from the kit is attached straight to the wire, then to the ballast. so the actual bulb bracket had nothing to hold onto it. i figured it out my own way. but yeah. its probably just a mazda thing.

I hate when people shit on threads, especially a flaker “I can get this from ebay for that amount” I don’t make jack sh!t for what I am trying to do to help people who want HIDs.
