Hey lads,

Was talking to Dave about this a few days ago and forgot to mention it on here.

Most of you have probably seen me bitching about my summer construction job, and fortunately that’s just about over. Should be done by the end of next week, actually.

Anyway, the point of all this is that I’m likely going to be collecting pogey for the next few months. Yeah, I get paid to sit at home. :smiley: So, since it seems like I’ll have tons of time on my hands I was thinking about making trips to Calgary to pick up/deliver parts with the s13. It’s been stripped out in the back, and I could also take out the passenger seat for some extra room if need be.

I’d probably make weekly trips if there was enough interest. I wouldn’t charge for my time, but I would ask for exact gas to be paid. It probably wouldn’t cost that much. If you liked the service, you could donate a few extra bucks that would be used for the race car. :slight_smile: I just want to get a reaction from people and see how much interest there would be in this!

there have been a few items I have seen for sale on here that I wanted to buy, but i couldn’t justify driving to edmonton to pick them up.

I noticed that there were a few transactions aborted because people didn’t know when they’d be going. I figure I’d be doing a public service - keeping me from getting bored. :E

Sure thing! I could ferry people too I guess. Just make sure that you can fit inside the dash. I don’t want the Federales getting suspicious. :smiley:

I would of course give you gas money, but i don’t really have anything to donate to the race car right now. Do you like BEER? :partyman:

Now, the sooner I can get the needed parts for the s13, the sooner I can start delivering stuff for people. If you have any of the needed parts, please PM me. :slight_smile:

Ummmmm, not too burst anybodys bubble, but my dad travels the Edmonton to Calgary and back again expressway weekly…and when I say weekly, i mean weekly. If ANYONE NEEDS PARTS SHIPPED TO OR FROM EITHER CITY, he is more than willing to lend a helping hand…how do you think i got my passenger seat!! He drives a 2005 F150 Super Crew which has more than enough room for most everyones shipping needs. I can guarantee the shipping costs will be 1/2 the price of any body on here who wants to post a shipping price.

With that said…Kris can save gas money and kms on the necc track car and everyone will be happy :smiley:

Don’t bother me any! I just thought that I’d offer if peeps are interested.

Besides, the s13 will get better mileage than a gas guzzling truck, even though it won’t have the same effect when I tailgate people. :E
