Free software to split your monitor resolution so you can maximize windows and not have to resize them to each half of the screen. Its pretty cool if you are like me and have a widescreen monitor and keep multiple windows open at once.

Ya its nice to have on my laptop. Pick a template and then hold the middle mouse button on a window and can drag it to a section. Really nice for programming.
I had this on my Acer laptop when I bought it in 2004. It was called GridVista and you could automatically resize windows to a preset number of configs, like side-by-side windows for example. Came in handy!
