How do you take yours, what do you have your camera set at for them?
I haven’t taken a true hdr picture with my camera yet (D40) only because it doesn’t do the 3 shot burst with exposure that I’d really like. When I do try (somehow they always get mixed up), I try to just mess around with the exposure settings and go far on both sides and then one in the middle and see what I come up with. With photoshop to stitch them together, I sometimes take 5 differently exposed pictures and see what happens.
I did find a nice plugin for photoshop which produces some interesting results. I took this photo this summer and just touched it up yesterday. Not a “true” hdr, but it’s fun to mess with it.
I really dont feel like explaining in depth cause HDR sucks so baldly, Id say 98% of HDR images look like shit.
What he said.
Set your camera to bracketing mode then pick your exposure limits you want. Get a tripod then shoot.
