HDTV Off Air Antennas?

Went to the office yesterday on Maple and they are out of HD boxes and DVR’s. The sign said they would have more in today, so I will try this agian later…

Thanks

Jeller

Oh, and BTW, They’ll give You a cheap, long set of component cables to go with the box… You’re gonna wanna pick up a decent HDMI/DVI cable somewhere. If it’s under 3’ long, You can pick up just about any brand cable.

 lol, must’ve been the black friday rush

We’ve never had to Brush off our dish, and I live in West Falls where it snows a lot more than up in the Northtowns.

Pam FTW.

As for the over the air antenna, we’ve got a rotating one, can get everything in. And with enough playing around, and patience, we can get CBC in high def for hockey.

Thanks for the info

Jeller

db4 or db8> anything indoor

Now i have a silver sensor inside and i get everything, and im in the city

my db4 gets toronto stations also.

More info please. How often does CBC carry the Sabres in HD? I’m guessing just Toronto and Ottawa games?

I’d watch out with Pam. Sometimes Pam can create a glare that will affect and possibly burn out the LNB. Also, pam tends to become an adhesive to snow. I’ve seen a couple different sprays that work better.

The biggest thing is definitely how tuned in your dish is.

The dish blanket > all, right?

yeah, i haven’t heard anything real bad about the blankets/covers.
