Julia had no formal training at all, that has to count for something. I do like Jen the only bad thing against her is the fact that she took the spagetti out of the garbage. Jen is way more then a pastry chef, not sure if you seen the episode where she devulged all the places she worked, she has worked at some pretty impressive places.
